Gurren Lagann ( Also known as *Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann ) is animated by Gainax, Co-produced by Aniplex, and Konami. TTGL ( abbreviation ) sadly, only has 27 episodes. But, for those 27 episodes its way better then **series i know that went on for way longer, so i can't really argue. This Anime has won several awards at the Tokyo International Anime Fair and the Animation Kobe and Japan Media Arts Festivals.  Thinking of ways to put this without spoiling things is really difficult. So i guess i'll try to ***summarize a summary so i can summarize it one here. So our setting is this village underground, that has a dome like thing at the top covering the "surface world" We come in on Simon; a villager. He is a digger, Diggers dig to expand the village. Then there is Kamina. Kamina is all epic and shit. He's all like " OMGS I WANNA GO UP TO THE SURFACE! DON'T BELI VE IN YOURSELF, BELIEVE IN ME BELIVE IN THE KAMINA THAT BELIEVES IN YOU, WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM" and shits like that. THEN FAN SERVICE i mean yoko shows up, and shit goes down. i would                           say more but, i really don't want to spoil anything.
